As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies for the U.S region. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will be working side-by-side with other digital marketing experts and reporting directly to the Head of the Business Growth Department.
Essential requirements:
1-2 years' experience in the field of digital marketing.
Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Local Ads, Google Analytics, Meta and others) algorithms, and industry trends.
English proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate challenges.
Strategic thinking and high-performance approach.
Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insight.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
Perform in-depth performance analysis to enhance campaigns, including ad copy testing, keyword optimization, and landing page improvements.
Strategize and implement A/B testing for keywords, ad content, and campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive improved results and ROI for clients.
Communicate campaign performance and KPIs to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Set up and manage pixel tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for accurate data measurement.
Plan, produce, and oversee content creation across various digital platforms to support marketing goals.
